When a family talks to you
Tell the Registrar before you write a reference letter
If you receive a request from a parent or student for a recommendation or reference letter to be submitted to another school, please inform the Registrar at registrar@dulwich-seoul.kr before preparing the letter. Please wait for a response from the Registrar before proceeding. The Registrar will follow the established procedures to notify the Leadership Team, enabling them to arrange a meeting with the family if necessary.
Please don’t answer fee, place or eligibility questions yourself
Availability changes constantly and eligibility depends on the family’s visa status, so an answer that was right last term can be wrong today. Pass the family to Admissions and they will pick it up.

You must follow this guide before writing any materials for DCSL. It applies to every outward-facing piece, and especially to articles submitted to MyDulwich, which are published to families. Please read it in full and keep to it.
